KEN (played by Satoshi Tsumabuki) is a senior high school student in Japan, known for his lazy and rebellious demeanor, making him a target of criticism from all his teachers. He has two close friends, Seiji Yamada (played by Masanobu Ando) and Manabu Iwase (played by Yuto Kanai), who are also troubled teens. Their catchphrase is "liberate the girls," and they enjoy peeping at girls during gymnastics and chasing after beautiful girls. The three of them even formed a club called "Iya-ya" where they organize concerts, shoot experimental films, and invite crushes to star in their projects. On the day of filming, they simply hung a banner on the school rooftop that reads "Imagination is taking power." What started as a simple filming project and a way to pursue girls unexpectedly sparked a commotion, turning into a makeshift revolutionary movement. No matter how heavy the rain is, the boys remain determined, continuing their experimental film in their hearts.
