Ten years ago, Storm's father was captured by the invading Doctor Fury during a battle, and Storm's hometown, Blue Tiger Village, also disappeared. Now, Storm has become the captain of the Cosmic Guardians and偶然得知 that his father Wind Thunder and Doctor Fury may be trapped in an alternate dimension—on a planet located in a parallel universe. Therefore, Storm and his companions create a time-space rift to reach the alternate dimension, where they find the missing Blue Tiger Tribe. Storm rescues his father, who has been tortured into amnesia, but unexpectedly, when they open the time-space rift to return to Earth, Doctor Fury also manages to return and leads his fire dinosaur legion in another attempt to conquer Earth. In the time of crisis, Storm awakens the amnesiac Wind Thunder, and together father and son lead the other members of the Guardians to defeat Doctor Fury and his fire dinosaur legion, securing the safety of Earth.
