Abandoned by his parents since childhood, radio producer Kay (played by Kwon Sang-woo) lives with lyricist Lorraine (played by Lee Bo-young), who lost her parents in a traffic accident, resembling a family, friends, and lovers. They fill the voids in each other's lives. However, a terminal illness leaves Kay with just over 200 days to live. Unwilling to leave Lorraine alone, he decides to hide his condition and find her a man she can trust for life. The successful and gentle dentist Joo-hwan (played by Lee Fi-woo) timely appears, and Kay decides to make him the best candidate to care for Lorraine. Upon meeting Lorraine for the first time, Joo-hwan falls deeply in love with her, and she seems to have feelings for him as well. Everything goes according to Kay's plan, and Lorraine and Joo-hwan smoothly develop a romantic relationship, even discussing marriage. Kay personally selects a wedding dress for Lorraine and, with reluctance and sincere blessings, walks hand in hand with her to Joo-hwan in the church.
