Adam (played by Leigh Whannell) wakes up to find himself trapped in an abandoned bathroom. Opposite him is Lawrence (played by Cary Elwes), who shares the same fate—they are chained by their legs and are shocked to discover a horrific dead body lying between them. The corpse is bloodied, holding a tape recorder in its left hand and a gun in its right. Adam finds a tape left in his pocket and quickly puts it into the tape recorder. The tape says that Lawrence must kill Adam before 6 PM tonight, or they will both die, and Lawrence’s family will not be spared either. The blood flowing from the dead body is highly toxic. A bloody game of death begins. With limited time left, they must find clues to escape hell. At the last moment, when they think they are seeing the light of day again, a new nightmare is just beginning.
