A bizarre and fantastical world, filled with all that is impossible. Architect Viktor (played by Rinal Muchametow) awakens from a deep dream, seemingly having lost all his memories. At this moment, the house is covered in mold-like black spots, which seem to have a life of their own, sometimes expanding and sometimes retreating. Viktor steps out of his door and into the street, discovering that everything around him has already drifted away from reality; the houses stand from all angles, and the people nearby are incomplete yet walk normally. Just then, a blob-like monster, resembling boiling asphalt, approaches him, but at a critical moment, Viktor is rescued by two men and one woman. Afterward, he learns from them that only those who have overdosed on drugs or are in a near-death state due to accidents arrive in this subconscious world constructed collectively by others like them. To survive, Viktor must find ways to unleash his hidden potential…
