About ten years after the last installment, a fire burns down the convenience store where Dante (Brian O'Halloran) worked, and he is also laid off by his boss. After this, he and his best friend Randal (Jeff Anderson) take jobs at a fast-food restaurant called "Mooby's," where they meet Elias (Trevor Fehrman), a clerk who is a die-hard Lord of the Rings fan with a bit of a gay inclination, and Becky, a female manager with whom Dante has a complicated and ambiguous relationship. Of course, the duo of drug dealers, Jay (Jason Mewes) and Silent Bob (Kevin Smith), are also part of the mix. This group comes together, exchanging banter and jabs, living a carefree life indulging in food and relaxation. In their thirties, even those who enjoy fun hope for stability. Dante meets a wealthy girl, and her father promises him a car wash if he marries her in Florida. This seems like a windfall for Dante, who has been struggling for years, but it also means he has to leave his friends behind and end his simple, happy life... This film won the Audience Award at the 2006 Edinburgh International Film Festival and the Best Use of Insults at the 2007 MTV Movie Awards.
