Wiesbaden. The criminal police are on alarm for a series of mysterious crimes linked to the Luxor hotel. Public opinion sees the hand of the missing Dr. Mabuse in the events. Commissioner Kras investigates the strange murder of commentator Barter (reported by the blind clairvoyant Cornelius), who was killed with a steel needle, and during the inquiry, he discovers that the deceased had just left the apartment occupied by Marion Menil at the Luxor, who attempts suicide by jumping from the hotel's ledge but is saved by her neighbor, the American billionaire Travers. Later, the policeman invites several people, including Marion, Cornelius, and the insurer Mistelweig, to call him at a certain time; but the phone explodes and kills an officer. In the end, after more heinous murders, the commissioner manages to shed light on the intricate case, which concludes with the death of the culprit, the son of Dr. Mabuse. Written by rosebud6 Reporter Peter Barter gets murdered while driving to his tv station. Commissioner Kras gets a phone call from clairvoyant Cornelius who saw Barter's death in a vision. But a dark force prevents Cornelius from seeing the man behind the crime. Meanwhile, the policemen concentrate their activities on the Luxor hotel. There exist too many links between the hotel and the unsolved crimes. Travers, a rich American, rents a room in the hotel at the same time. He can prevent the suicide of the young woman Marion Menil at the last minute. But what is the reason for Miss Menil's actions? Why is she intimidated?
