The world-renowned top model Reiko Mie (played by Yuki Amami) captures global attention with her stunning beauty and mysterious charm, while various negative tabloid stories and her bad temper repeatedly push her into the forefront of public discussion. Little did anyone know that one night, Reiko was found dead in her home, and the next morning, her body was discovered by the housekeeper Michiko Ota (played by Ryoko Kimura) who had come to clean. According to police investigations, Reiko died from potassium cyanide poisoning, with the chief suspect being Nobuaki Sahara (played by Yasuki Kuge), a hospital internal medicine chief who had previously jilted her. Not long after, Sahara was arrested, but before that, he provided a list of potential suspects who could have killed Reiko. Soon after, individuals associated with Reiko began to commit suicide.
