On a day in April 2004, a small U.S. military squad patrols Baghdad, Iraq. The peaceful morning is soon shattered by deafening gunfire as the squad is suddenly attacked by local armed militants. After an intense battle, several armed militants are injured or killed, and U.S. Sergeant David Jason (played by Michael Belisaro) is severely wounded. With their comrade in critical condition, the squad members can’t afford to think of anything else and hastily rush David to the nearest Iraqi hospital. Inside the hospital, they encounter armed militants also receiving treatment, leading to further conflict between the two sides. As a last resort, the squad members must evacuate with the wounded. Over the next 12 hours, they face various dangers, including car bombs, suicide attacks, and assaults by armed militants. The notion of justice has lost its meaning, and Baghdad has turned into a bloody battleground where good and evil are indistinguishable…
