After his mother's death, Charlie (played by Shia LaBeouf) arrives in a city called Bucharest, a place his mother often dreamed of when she was alive. What adventures await Charlie here? On the plane, the sudden passing of a passenger shocks Charlie, and thus, returning this passenger's luggage to his daughter, Gabby (played by Evan Rachel Wood), becomes Charlie's mission.
