Still serving her debt at the Komikado Law Office, Daichan Koji (played by Aragaki Yui) continues to struggle along the path of losing cases, while the proud and arrogant Komikado Ryusuke (played by Sakai Masato) is enjoying himself at a snowy resort abroad, teasing the beautiful Beppu Toshiko (played by Hirosue Ryoko) whom he met by chance. Meanwhile, a male student at Japan's Usagiyama Middle School falls from a building and sustains serious injuries.
