Shaqi is a suave gentleman secretly involved in illegal activities such as smuggling drugs and arms dealing. After a violent confrontation with a rival, Shaqi and Boss Du become sworn enemies. Nightclub star Rona reunites with her old boyfriend Li Hao, rekindling their romance, but Rona seems to have concerns as she is controlled by Shaqi and becomes a tool for crime. Li Hao wants to take Rona away to a better life, but they are captured by Shaqi's men, leaving Li Hao in despair. Later, while drinking away his sorrows, Li Hao meets Meilin, who is passionate about justice and instantly falls for him, promising to help. Meilin dances in the nightclub to investigate evidence but is recognized, leading to Li Hao getting beaten and Meilin being assaulted by Shaqi. Subsequently, Shaqi intends to kill both of them to eliminate witnesses, but just then, Boss Du arrives seeking revenge. In the ensuing gunfight, Li Hao and Meilin seize the chance to escape. Boss Du is exterminated, and Li Hao and Meilin venture deep into the tiger's den to save Rona. At a critical moment, the police arrive, apprehending Shaqi and his gang of criminals.
