This story recounts Abe no Seimei's student days. In the Onmyo dormitory, the so-called genius Abe no Seimei is distinctly different from other students; he is a somewhat annoying person with no interest in becoming an Onmyoji. One day, Seimei is commissioned by the noble Minamoto no Hiyoshi to resolve the strange occurrences attacking the royal emblem and the queen.
