After much hardship, Japan's 100th Prime Minister, Taizan Mutou (played by Kenichi Endou), finally exchanges bodies with his son Akihiro (played by Masaki Suda). However, unexpectedly during a foreign visit, they swap souls once again. Meanwhile, many members of Parliament suddenly swap bodies with children from a kindergarten, creating chaos. This unforeseen event causes Secretary Beihara (played by Issei Takahashi) to become extremely anxious, prompting them to prepare notes for Akihiro to memorize. Surprisingly, the impersonator of the Prime Minister performs exceptionally well in diplomatic activities.
