Jason (played by Sean Patrick Flanery) was once a soldier who bravely fought on the front lines. After retiring, the war left him not only with honor medals but also with lifelong post-traumatic stress disorder that he cannot escape. As a result, he visits the veterans' hospital every so often to receive psychological treatment. On this day, Jason's wife Jennifer (played by Abigail Hawk) is having lunch at the hospital, where she works as a doctor. Suddenly, a phone call summons Jennifer to an emergency consultation. Shortly after, terrorists invade the hospital, and it quickly falls into the hands of heavily armed attackers. The only one capable of resolving this crisis is Jason, but while dealing with the terrorists, he must also confront his sudden PTSD symptoms.
