Yamazaki is a 74-year-old man who enjoys being sexually abused. He was very handsome in his youth, but now that he is old, it is difficult for him to accept that his beauty has faded. Perhaps because he was so enamored with his own looks, he has never been in love. One night, Yamazaki meets a sex worker named Leo and collapses during their sexual encounter.
