The attractive young woman Wan Ling (played by Christy Chung) is a master con artist who rarely misses in her dealings in the underworld. After being swindled out of his fortune by Wan Ling, a gang leader suffers a heart attack and dies in anger. Before dying, he entrusts the gang to his only son Hao Shi (played by Alan Tam), who is struggling in the U.S., and orders him to kill Wan Ling for revenge.
