Jack (Matthias Schoenaerts) suffered great misfortune in his childhood. While peeping at beautiful girls with his friends, he crossed paths with the girl's brother—local thug Bruno, who would chase and bully them whenever he saw them. One day, he struck too hard, using a rock to crush young Jack's testicles. From then on, Jack's growth was accompanied by hormone injections, often sourced from the black market.
