The ethereal beauty of the Himalayas suddenly transforms due to natural disasters, while the secular customs of the remote "sacred land" in the hilly regions of Akhand state remain frozen in the river of time. A wanderer, returning home after forty years and now blind, discovers that old resentments among his fellow villagers are still alive, and he is turned away from their doors. His brother blames him for attempting to marry a low caste, deeming it disgraceful and bringing shame upon the family. The shadows of history linger; today, young girls are forced to abandon their education to become wives, perpetuating the tragic cycle. The concepts of caste discrimination and feudal marriage persist stubbornly, and women have always faced a tumultuous fate. Goran Paskaljević's "Morning Light" (37th edition) captures the vastness of existence through poetic imagery, showing compassion for all living things. Through the poetry of Tagore, it conveys the hope that humanity might retain a flicker of hope.
