Under the current legal system, criminals escape legal sanctions in various ways, leaving the people helpless. However, a mysterious masked figure known as "Yasha" suddenly appears, administering vigilante justice to those who evade punishment. Even the chairman of Run Year Enterprises cannot escape Yasha's justice.
