Young screenwriter Sang-jun comes to a remote town deep in the mountains from Seoul, where a friend operates a guesthouse. Sang-jun plans to complete his script work there. In this unfamiliar place, he cautiously avoids the hostile and provocative gazes around him, afraid to act carelessly. At the station, he encounters a young man with a criminal record, who shows excessive enthusiasm in guiding him, making Sang-jun feel uncomfortable yet unable to refuse.
