Zhang, who was tricked by his friends into accumulating a large debt, is forced to rent a haunted house in Hualien with his family of four. This place had previously been the scene of the infamous "Five Sons Case." On the first day in the haunted house, vague ghostly shadows appeared, coupled with Zhang's sudden decision to move, making Zhang's wife and elder sister unhappy.
