This film was shot in Northern Nigeria between 2018 and 2020, telling the story of the village of Tatiste affected by climate change and how they obtained water through drilling. Like other girls in the village, fourteen-year-old Ulaye walks several kilometers every day to fetch water for the village's needs. This daily task prevents them from attending school. Each year, the lack of water resources also forces the adults in the village to leave their hometown, crossing borders in search of a way out. However, hidden beneath the region lies thousands of square kilometers of aquifers. With the villagers' push, the nonprofit organization Amman Imman drilled a well in the center of the village, bringing much-anticipated freshwater that allows everyone to live better.
