Since Elios' departure, Tomoeda has returned to tranquility. Unable to witness Sakura (voiced by Sakura Tange) capturing cards, Tomoyo (voiced by Junko Iwao) has brought a DV camcorder and started making a tokusatsu drama. While watching the video, Sakura sees a clip of Syaoran (voiced by Motoko Kumai) and blushes involuntarily. Syaoran has been back in Hong Kong for four months, and it's been four months since he confessed his feelings. During this time, Sakura has been rehearsing her confession, hoping to tell Syaoran in person the next time they meet. After Elios' house was demolished, an amusement park was built in its place. One day, while passing by the amusement park with Tomoyo, Sakura senses something different and, following the feeling, runs into the park, only to bump into someone—it's Syaoran! It turns out Syaoran and Meiling are visiting Japan for summer vacation. Meeting Syaoran again makes Sakura very nervous as she searches for opportunities to express her feelings, but unfortunately, things keep going awry. At this moment, Sakura realizes that her cards are disappearing, and the direction they have gone is towards the amusement park. The last card that is said to be sealed is there. In the face of a tough battle, can Sakura succeed? And will she be able to convey her feelings to Syaoran?
