This animated short is a paper-cutting piece. In a small village next to the forest, there lived an old man and an old woman who loved to take advantage of small opportunities. They were quite proud of their trickery in driving chickens to the threshing ground to steal others' grains. After cunningly stealing one of their chickens, the sly fox was on its way back when it spotted big, round grapes. Remembering the couple's weakness, it devised a plan. The fox held the grapes in its hands, pretending to have changed its bad habits, and sweet-talked the old man and woman into joyfully accepting the grapes, entrusting the task of watching their chickens to it. Later, the fox again used flowery words along with tangible offerings to lure wolves and wild boars into the old man's and old woman's home.
