Director Koo Ding-Ping, known for his romantic art films, makes his first foray into the crime genre, while the elegant and beautiful actress Kwan Ching-Lam takes on the role of a bad woman who schemes to manipulate men's money for the first time. However, both police officer Leung Ka-Fai and drug lord Wang Man-Teh find themselves inexplicably drawn to her. The plot describes how newly minted drug dealer Wang Man-Teh seeks to monopolize the market by colluding with the manager of an investment company to misappropriate company funds for drug trafficking. Unexpectedly, the manager, infatuated with Kwan, has already funneled part of the funds into her name. When the affair comes to light, the manager commits suicide, and Wang suspects that Kwan has embezzled the entire sum, leading him to pursue her. Meanwhile, Leung, having obtained incriminating evidence against Kwan, coerces her to go undercover to gather evidence against Wang. The dynamic among the three evolves from mutual exploitation to a delicate love triangle. The film's visual effects are vibrant and colorful, contrasting sharply with the typical dim and understated tone of crime films, yet it still incorporates commercial elements common in chase and rescue narratives.
