The main character, Dong Huang Tai Yi (voiced by Li Zhengxiang), is the guardian of the ancient sanctuary. When the ancient sanctuary is invaded, he is entrusted with the task of escaping to Aola Star with "Heavenly Dao Wujie." After suffering severe injuries, he loses his memory and transforms into a cute little creature, taken in by an Aola Star resident named Lan Ding (voiced by Zhang Anqi), who names him "Tai Er."
