In Chaozhou, a severe drought leads to suffering among the people. Huang Batian forcefully demands to marry Yugu, and the White Dragon steps in to save her. Granny Jiao pleads with the White Dragon to bring rain to rescue the people of Chaozhou. The White Dragon secretly causes heavy rain, violating heavenly laws, and is punished to descend to the human realm. To prevent the invincible Huang Batian from causing chaos, the Jade Emperor orders Chaozhou to be submerged underwater. The White Dragon struggles against the heavenly soldiers, while Yugu and Granny Jiao lead the people out of Chaozhou City. In the end, the flood submerges the sunken Chaozhou City along with Huang Batian, which becomes present-day Chaohu.
