Yang Wei is a professional catcher of the government-rewarded major thieves. Fang Cong always gets the stolen goods one step ahead of him, leaving only the people for him to capture and claim the reward. Wealthy businessman Zhao Kuan and his closely related associates, Xiao, Gao, Shen, and Jiang, all receive the mysterious notice of the death of the thief known as Spider.
