A Li (played by Li Xiuxian) and Mike (played by Zhou Wenkian) have different vendettas against drug lord Zhang Xiong (played by Wang Juntang). The hot-blooded duo vows to seek revenge until the score is settled. However, their superior sends them to Taiwan to track a large shipment of drugs. In Taiwan, A Li and Mike meet the international narcotics team leader Ma Jiu (played by Chen Songyong) and his assistant Cheng Xiaonan (played by Wang Jingying). In order to crack the case, Mike goes undercover in the organization of drug kingpin Chen Jianshui (played by Ke Shouliang), while A Li collaborates with Ma Jiu, each working from within and outside to dismantle the massive drug empire.
