Chinese-American young man Derek Lee (played by Derek Lee) discovers he has a serious illness. Having loved to travel since childhood, he decides not to waste any more time. He connects with his good friend, television producer Clif Prowse (played by Clif Prowse), and they decide to embark on a year-long global journey, during which they will record their experiences and share them on a video travel blog with fellow enthusiasts around the world.
