In a cemetery on the outskirts of Rome, workers renovating graves accidentally unearthed a coffin buried for over two hundred years, along with a mysterious box. This discovery gave the attending priest an ominous feeling; he ordered the workers to re-bury the coffin and sent the box to his old friend, Adam James (portrayed by Adam James), the director of the historical museum, requesting him to conduct an in-depth investigation into the matter. However, the box was recklessly opened by Mike's assistant Giselle (played by Coralina Cataldi-Tassoni) and Mike's girlfriend Sarah (played by Asia Argento), releasing an evil witch who had been sealed away for centuries back into the world...
