Young student Mei (played by Arisa Nakamura) is not only beautiful but also skilled in karate. One day, she goes on a trip to the woods with a group of four old friends. While fishing in the woods, they discover a strange parasitic worm on the fish. Then, while they are in the bathroom, they are attacked by zombies. The frightened young people find the house of the mad scientist Tanaka and his daughter and rush in to take refuge. However, they do not know that the terrifying parasites and zombies are actually Tanaka's experiments.
