The large yet agile Stephen Seagal, after winning millions of fans with "Under Siege," has had many of his works translated as "Dragon." What story does this "Deep Sea Dragon" tell? This time, Seagal plays a special operative for the U.S. government who, after being sentenced to hard time for his brutal methods during missions, finds himself in prison. While serving his sentence, the government discovers that someone is developing a successful method of controlling human consciousness in a secret base in a small Latin American country. Most agents sent to destroy this base have never returned. In desperation, the government enlists Seagal and his fellow inmates. The mission is clear: destroy the base and rescue the hostages. Seagal and his brave team easily complete the mission. However, a nightmare begins on their way back...
