The heroic knight Du Mengfei (He Jiajin) is sent down the mountain by his master to wander the Jianghu. He encounters members of the underworld capturing Mu Wanfeng (Guan Zhilin), a female disciple of the Mu Longmen, and steps in to save her, for which she is extremely grateful. Soon after, Du witnesses the underworld attacking a young girl, Li Sainam (Hui Yinghong), and rescues her as well. However, Li accuses Du of ruining her opportunities, leaving him both amused and perplexed. Later, Du inadvertently learns about a conflict from twenty years ago in the Jianghu and discovers that the leader of the underworld is the enemy who killed Li's father, and Mu is the long-lost daughter of the underworld leader.
