This documentary explores Rocco Siffredi, an adult film star known as the "Italian Stallion". It tracks the legendary actor during the last year of his acting career. Rocco Siffredi: An Italian porn actor and director whose films have won multiple awards. Siffredi married porn model and former Miss Hungary Rosa Caracciolo in 1991, and they have two children.
