Many years ago, scientists conducted an experiment to create the perfect human, but uneven cell division during the experiment led to only half of the experiment being successful, while the other half was a complete failure. The pair of twin brothers created by the scientists included one typical example of the perfect human— the tall, well-rounded Julius (Arnold Schwarzenegger); and the other was a collection of all human flaws— the short Vincent (Danny DeVito). The brothers were separated at birth, with Julius being raised on a small island in the South Seas, while his brother spent his childhood in an orphanage. Until they reached middle age, the brothers were unaware of each other's existence. After reuniting with his brother Vincent, whom he had never met, Julius decided to embark on a journey to find their biological mother. However, an unexpected event leads them into a life-threatening situation.
