The story takes place during the Qing Dynasty, where Princess Bei Bei (played by Liu Yuling) is forced by the emperor to marry a royal prince, which she is extremely reluctant about. At this moment, the ill-intentioned English teacher Andrew realizes the princess's feelings and encourages her to escape to America. After the princess flees, Andrew leaves a ransom note for the emperor, demanding a ransom of 100,000 gold bars. The emperor panics and immediately sends three skilled bodyguards with the ransom to America to rescue the princess. The bodyguard Huang Qiang (played by Jackie Chan), who had seen the princess during her escape but failed to stop her, can't forget her. Therefore, he asks his uncle, who is a translator, to request permission to join the rescue mission. The captain of the bodyguard team approves his request, and they officially embark on their journey to America.
