Xuansha Chuliuxiang (played by Di Long) failed in the assassination of the Eighth Prince (played by Jing Miao) and became wanted by the imperial court. In desperation, Chuliuxiang arrived at Phantom Manor, where he met the head, Eagle (played by Gu Feng). Hidden within Phantom Manor are many heroes and elites, all in similar predicaments as Chuliuxiang.
