Synopsis: The night fog is eerie, and strange events unfold in the forest. At the famous Tianlian Moonlit Night in Central Plains, many chivalrous heroes come drawn by its beauty akin to a fairyland. However, recently a series of bizarre incidents have occurred in this beautiful place. On clear moonlit nights, mysterious sounds of a guqin drift from Tianlian Moonlit Night, yet no one has ever seen the person playing it. Consequently, people from the martial world flock here, but strangely, none of them have come out alive. On this day, the extraordinary young hero Feng Xiwu from Fenglin Fort appears at Tianlian Moonlit Night. Feng Xiwu enters Tianlian Moonlit Night after saving a beautiful woman. In the ethereal ambience of the jade palaces of Tianlian Moonlit Night, Feng Xiwu learns that the woman he saved is named Shui Ling, and her mother is Shui Tianjiao, the mistress of Tianlian Moonlit Night. Upon realizing that Feng Xiwu is the son of the renowned Feng Tengjiao, Shui Tianjiao becomes murderous. Just as Shui Tianjiao intends to use wine to render Feng Xiwu unconscious and extract his blood, Shui Ling uses her limited magic to intervene. Shui Tianjiao attaches her ghostly spirit to her daughter, making Shui Ling keep a close watch on Feng Xiwu, intending to take his life later at the hour of Shen. After her mother leaves, Shui Ling revives Feng Xiwu but is left on the verge of death herself. Feng Xiwu escapes Tianlian Moonlit Night while carrying Shui Ling, seeking help from Master Ku, only to attract the wrath of Shui Tianjiao. Master Ku, realizing his magic is no match for Shui Tianjiao, leads Feng Xiwu and Shui Ling to the holy realm of Mount Huashan, seeking help from Master Xinjing. Shui Tianjiao trails behind, attacking Huashan, revealing a secret that occurred eighteen years ago during a magical confrontation. Eighteen years ago, a group of Dongying warriors admired the martial arts of the Central Plains and came to Tianlian Moonlit Night to learn it. Over time, Dongying Princess Shui Tianjiao fell in love with the talented Lan Tianyu of the Central Plains and they married. Meanwhile, under the deception of those claiming to be righteous, they suspected the Dongying warriors harbored intentions to steal Central Plains martial arts, leading to a decision to eradicate all the Dongying warriors, spearheaded by the leaders Yun Feiyang of Wudang, Hong Qigong of the Beggar Clan, and Yu Longfei, father of Yu Nezha from the Sword of the Divine Sword Sect. At that time, Lan Tianyu, the leader of Huashan, was unable to reverse the situation and reluctantly participated due to his marital ties. Before dying, Shui Tianjiao gave birth to a baby girl named Shui Ling, while Lan Tianyu returned to Huashan and became Master Xinjing. Now, Shui Tianjiao's lingering spirit has caught up to Huashan, and even Lan Tianyu is no match for her. To resolve the grievances from eighteen years ago, Lan Tianyu seeks help from Ziyi Shangren. With the assistance of Ziyi Shangren, the fated Feng Xiwu and Shui Ling invite the Sword Immortal, Princess Qingxia, and the Seven Stars of the Milky Way. In a battle of magic against spirits, Lan Tianyu perishes alongside Shui Tianjiao, ending the enmity of eighteen years, restoring the mystery and beauty of Tianlian Moonlit Night.
