The film tells the story of a little girl named Feifei who dreams of reaching the moon. Growing up listening to her mother's tales of the love story between Chang'e and Houyi, Feifei firmly believes that Chang'e is the embodiment of eternal true love. After her mother passes away, her father prepares to remarry, which deeply affects Feifei. To defend her family and prove to her father that Chang'e is still unwaveringly waiting for Houyi on the moon, and that the eternal true love she represents exists, Feifei builds a "rocket ship" herself and embarks on a wonderful journey to the moon.
